Guys THAT judge is Napom one of the beasts from US ya talking of. He know damn well how difficult to get the groove and technique behind what CODFISH is doing. That's y the judges are rocking so hard on their seats haha and most if not all of the crowd are beatboxers too so yea they know that the routine CODFISH did isn't a simple thing too ;)

I was at gbb this year and I’m telling you... the reason everyone is going crazy, especially napom, is because Codfish sounds so good live. His throat bass is so clean and powerful it’s a completely different experience than watching it on video.

@@terceiromelhorcanaldomundo5456 I really dont know much about beatboxing so what I'm about to say might be complete bullshit. But I feel like dlow is better when it comes to his technical skills. Codfishs style brings more hype to the crowd which might have been the reason he won...because he got better reactions. Correct me if I'm wrong. However both compilations (dlow and codfish) are so good that sometimes I just listen to them in my car or wherever...instead of "normal" music. Turn up the volume and listen to dlows bass...that gives me chills.

Daniel Bancroft most of his showcases or battles are just the same routine. He’s still a legend but he won’t be winning battles until he changes that. He brings out something new once in a while but it’s not much for him to win anymore. I feel like he can do better but he sticks to his routine that has been heard by everyone 🤷‍♂️

It's not impossible to do throat bass at first it hurts your throat. But after awhile you strengthen your muscles in your throat and it won't hurt after a few months. There are so many different types of throat bass, and some beat boxers have unique basses. Like Interia has an inward throat bass.
