The court basically said govt is right quran is wrong.. will the courts say the same thing if there daughter education was at risk? The court failed to protect minorities rights they upheld majoritarian order.. First mosque issue then talaq issue now hijab the courts are completely biased will their thirst even end? Is there any court judgement which came in favour of muslims after 2014? Are the court following in constitution themselves which take oath on to protect?? *Court tomorrow: muslims breathing is not essential practice in islam* what then?

While it is good to try to explain why hijab is so important for many Muslim girls. I'm sure many Hindus will understand. But there is so much toxicity in India now that logic alone will not suffice. The sooner international organizations and forum are moved, the better it it. Many countries will happily grant funds and student visas for affected Indian Muslim girls to continue their education.

The thing is court judgement is fair. It has taken judgement based on facts , provisions and methodology presented to it and it already has. So courts acts upon their limits they are allowed. So to those extent it gave the judgement. Like if we take an example- always see history has shown how sometimes courts may free a culprit based on no evidence against him. Here everyone including judges knows who culprit is, but they are helpless because the methodology, provisions and fact presentation was designed that way. So in the coming future we have to adopt few changes and improvements in our judiciary so that courts may not leave any stone unturned while making more fair and always truth prevailing judgements so that the parties get justice they deserve.

Sir, how court will decide which practice is essential or not? Why court can't consider the base of essentiality enshrined by the hanafi school's founder? Founder of hanafi school laid down the whole jurisprudence for which practice is essential which is optional and also laid more categorical degrees in same way... Moreover sc has ultra viresly invented the doctrine of essential Religious Practice bcoz article 25 provide protection for religious practices and not only to essential Religious Practice... With due respects I disagree with your view that instead of arguing on basis of provision under Article 25 arguments ought to have been based on Article 19 i.e. choice to cover head. If that had been argued then the High Court could have and as it did dismissed their case upholding the impugned order as reasonable

Exactly on that point if I will exercise my choice in classrooms then everyone else would also fight to claim. Had the issue been related to general wearing of Hijab in India in Public places then the argument could have been raised Under Article 19 but here the issue was hijabs in classroom.. classrooms require uniform and therefore how can we base our argument on choice that would be totally in violation of code of conduct which is equal for all the students ...it can only be argued on the basis of religion that it's my FR and it cannot be restricted unless it affects public order,health and morality.
