Exactly, I had the same question. It looks like the behaviour of Mumukshu’s at all Diksha mahotsav are uniform and seemingly neatly choreographed…Get that rolled thing from a Guru, hold it close to your face and cry without tears of course and artificial excitement- driven dance for a few minutes before removing things that they are wearing. I don’t mean to hurt any sentiments here but the happiness looks fake to me and the smile looks forced.
