The Asia Minor Campaign(1919-1922) was a war between the Greeks and the Turkish. As a result of the, continuing since 1914, Greek genocide the Greeks with the Allies' acceptance send army in Smyrna and its territory. The Greek army continues its march in the interior of Asia Minor and the new Greek government abandoning the Allies tries to reach and conquer Ankara. The Greeks are outside of Ankara doing nothing until a year later the Turkish attack and make the Greek army retreat. It was the end of this war and its conclusion was named by all Greeks the Asia Minor Catastrophe as the Turkish later burnt the capital of the Anatolian Greeks, Smyrna and made all the Ottoman Greeks, people their ancestors were living thousands of years in Asia Minor and eastern Thrace, move to Greece.

I found it in a Greek broadcast named "History written in musical notes" (Η ιστορία γραμμένη σε νότες). There was an episode for the Asia Minor Campaign and this song was in it together with other songs.

Greece can take back cyprus and eastern thrace with the right,plan strategy, time and leader if that happens then it can support the creation of a great kurdistan of 40+million people to the east of turkey and use it to fight a 2 front war with the turks in asia minor later turkey isn't as powerful as it may seem. With the right preparation, alliances, prefarably if we also become partly indepentent in our weapons industry, its very possible. But a lot of changes need to happen first and an increase in greek population
