“illusion” & “Wave” both are title tracks of their album ‘Treasure EP3: One to All’ and even though “Wave” is their official title track.....”ILLUSION” opens up the album the third part of their storyline where they finally show the ship that leads to the Island, which is where the MV “WAVE” comes in! I’m sure you probably know this is their 3rd comeback and the winning title track is “Wave” even though they revealed “illusion” during their live showcase on M2 youtube channel. Hongjoong says that it’s better to listen from their first album to current one so you can understand the first half of the storyline. *My biases are Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Mingi, Yeosang, SAN - No i haven’t forgot about my boys Yunho, Wooyoung and Jongho but I love & support all members (no bias wrecker).* I think ATEEZ being such goofballs wanted to switch things up by having a voting to make it more interesting & fun. I personally think “illusion” should’ve been official official title track seeing how they start on a ship looking for land which leads them to “Wave” where they finally make it to the island. *Two major reasons why almost everyone loves “Wave” more is because Mingi’s parts when he starts up the chorus saying “Hakuna Matata Ya” on top the amazing visuals.* They’re both great songs but I like “illusion” better!

Ateez doesn’t technically have a *style* they’re capable of doing different types of concepts and genres but it’s their storyline that you’re talking about. They’re not always badass and there’s supposed to be development in the characters of their personas that they’ve created. The second album is a prequel to the first one in the storyline and the third album comes after so they start from badass then go on to hakuna matata (as Mingi says lmao)

There is special MV for Promise (they basically did busking but it’s kinda an MV for it) also they released a pre-debut song “From” which also has an MV (one member extra was in the MV as he participated in their reality tv show shit in the US before they debuted but didn’t debut with ATEEZ in the end)
