Your Christmas feast looked amazing!!!! I'm sure your family and friends enjoyed it thoroughly. 🎄⭐️🎁💕 Quick question - why steamed the fish for so long? I steam fresh wild fish often (fish lover here) and I usually cook mine for 8-10 min only. Once done, I turn off heat with lid on and let it rest for a couple of mins. Also a chef friend taught me to pour steaming hot oil on top of the scallions and ginger then drizzle a tbsp of good quality soy sauce around the 🐟 so the salty flavor doesn't overpower the taste of the fresh fish. Hope u don't me sharing. ☺️ Happy holidays.
