She's actually being extremely gentle and patient with him. Have you ever tried scissoring a dog's face when they won't sit still? It's nowhere easy as you think it is!

@@jennbenn1700 yes I have and do regularly and I do not use any force there is a huge difference between firmness and force just like there's a huge difference between right & wrong.

Lol, as a dog groomer who successfully runs her own business and specializes in anxious dogs/dogs with past bad grooming experiences, and who was giggling the entire time watching this gal patiently work with a very distracted Dutch, it's clear you have *NO* idea what you're talking about. I never once thought she was being aggressive or tough. *YOU* are soft and brittle. Grow up.
