You guys should do a 'Predictive Quality Competition'. That way we can get another one of these streams and you guys get to get paid to snack. How it works: You look at the packaging and give a rating on how good you think it will be (pre-taste rating), taste the sweet (candy for Americans) and then give a new rating of how actually good it is (post - taste rating) The difference between the pre-taste rating and the post- taste rating is what you add to your total number of points. Lowest score at the end wins. Eg. Pre taste = 6/10 Post taste = 8/10 The difference between 6 and 8 is 2 so... Final score added is 2

Look up a recipe for "buttermints" and swap the butter for copha and the mint flavouring for musk (you can order it from cake shops online). You might wanna mess around with the ratio of cornstarch to icing sugar depending on how sweet you like them, but I'm lazy so I just use the bags of "soft icing mixture" and make them smaller so as not to die of sweetness.

26:53 I have the same sentiment when it concerns alcohol. Any cocktail I enjoyed must have a strong acidic component to counter the sweetness, like a sidecar or a gimlet. Sugary sweet backed straight up by alcohol would nauseate me, which is why I never took to whisky or rum.
