There is not a person in India who is not aware of this atrocity. Our friends, relatives, own family I am sure every one has seen this happen.. personally I have seen my own relative and his 82 year old mother go to jail on all fake dowry cases by disgraceful wife and her family. Our laws have to be gender neutral by constitution, there is immedeate need to ammend constitution and abolish these nonsense.

Mr Ajit sir you are telling about Hounrable High court judge VEDAVYASACHAR SHRISHNANDA SAI.who was councelling a couple in high court .DV ACT 2005 was introduced to safe gaurd women from Domestic violence .the sections of this act are so stringed &hard that once suit is filed .no innocent acussed or his parents or respondent cant prove their innocence .for having. Not made any offence so there should be some amendmends to this act. Other wise there will be more &more ATUL SHUBASH .will come out .
