This is not such a big case to be proved by cbi but the reason behind cabinet decision to withdraw powers is that the bjp as a party and govt at the center is determined to pin down the CM at any cost. The recent incidents are the indications. To overcome this misuse of cbi, the state govt has taken this decision. Why make this such a big topic for discussion?
