03:40 that's Messavirre it's actually a 3-tower condominiums as you can see from the right side,there are round bars starting to sprout, tower A is 17 storeys,tower B in the center will be 20 storeys and tower C will be 16 storeys plus on its left side near the Lacson street will rise its Hotel Residences by Ascot..the Citadines

The condos there in Bacolod are far in between unlike in Cebu its close to each oher and sometimes side by side and within the city centers or inside busness parks clustered with each other.

Hi good day...bacolod city ..is now bustling metro city..with the construction of soo many buildings..hope fully we would catchup ithe big metro cities such as metro cebu..but in better ways ...wife roads..advance urban enfrastructures..and manymore..i am cebuano but i can speak hiligaynon😂😂😂

Hi James. Belle arte would not be my first choice, its not near any bars, haha, but it's a good condo and will be safe and secure. Its next to a squatters area and near the bins at Burgos market that stinks. Amaia is a great location. So many to choose from now
