By the way, the song is not about a man wanting to give their world to their lover, I mean it could be if you interpret it that way. However, it is about the dark side of love. As said by Namjoon, the leader of this group, "Love has its happy and dark sides. Love can be between a person and a person, but it could be between me and myself" Their album "Love Yourself: Her" and recent one "Love Yourself: Tear" is about self love and its importance. They pour the stories of pain in youth into their music. BTS music helps a lot of people since it addresses issues such as depression, mental illness, drug addiction and even suicides, encourages ppl to love themselves. Their message is presented in a very visually appealing and artistic way. It's hard to understand these things at first, but love your reaction!
