Mortar is theoretically the best lategame tower since with perfect micro (non-human), it can stall infinetely. Paired with super or dartling, it's probably the best lategame strat (Obviously in real scenarios ice or ninja is a better stall since no one can micro that fast and well-timed, but it is fun to think about it at least
