Great points! I think there’s a confusion between the use case of the Nimbus 24 and Nimbus Lite 3. But it seems to me the Lite is the daily trainer/easy run shoe, while the 24 is the daily trainer/long run shoe with its more forgiving midsole and supportive ASICS tech (GEL and Trusstic system).
