ASIMO is a pure Japanese marvel. It took years for them to make a perfect humanoid robot that can at least mimic our characters and interpret these using visual simulations or AI-SIM / SLAM. They really need to integrate ASIMO with IBM's Watson cloud service. That way, instead of canned, pre-programmed performances, ASIMO could be truly interactive in answering questions and performing simple physical tasks on demand.
