I watched a tiktok video about how the wife cooked and the hubby was supposed to wash the dishes but he didn't. The person giving advice said to just leave the dishes and don't cook for 1 night. When he comes home and asks what is for dinner say "I don't know, I didn't have clean pots and pans to cook with." Try that!

When my mum was little I guess my Grandpa started to spend money on foolish things and didn't give the same amount for housekeeping as he had before (1-income home). So my Grandma made dinner for herself and my mum and when when my Grandpa asked where his food was she told there was not enough money to buy enough food for him too.

@@mollyallen2400 Ah, of course, the “fake offer”. I’ve had 1 girl go out of her way to actually pay for the dinner after I had paid for the previous 2. Only 1. Plenty offer, but it’s an empty offer and most guys know it. Not only that, we know that if we don’t pay, especially on the 1st 1, it’s the likeliest small thing to not get us a 2nd date. Also paying differently based solely on gender is against the law. If that were true and you could prove it, you’d be way better off financially if you sued than continue working for them. But there’s a reason why law firms don’t advertise this like crazy compared to disability or accident lawsuits. Guess why.

I got a pair of tattoos on my 23rd birthday and didn't tell my parents-but I talked about it with my husband and some of my close friends. I had planned the tattoo design for over a year and I was sure that I liked it and that I wouldn't change my mind a few weeks later. Then when my parents came to visit for Christmas, my mom saw them and said, "Nice tats!" And we laughed and then I showed them to her and told her what they meant to me.
