Versant test briefing-: There are 5 sections that you need to go through-: 1. Typing You will see text on the screen, you have to type as it is. Type as much as you can within 1 minute. 2. Sentence completion It is fill in the blanks. You have to complete the sentence by filling up only one single word in the blank space. If you are not getting the right answer. Make a guess, but don't leave it blank. 3. Dictation You will hear the sentences. You have to type whatever you will listen. Listen them very carefully. You will get only few seconds to type the sentence and while typing you have to take care of the punctuation as well. Like start the sentence with a capital letter and finish with a full stop or question mark as well. If you hear one or two word, then try to create a sentence on your own with the help of those words but don't leave it blank. 4. Passage reconstruction There will be 4 passages in this section. One by one passage will be displayed on the screen. After one passage is displayed for 30 seconds. During that 30 seconds, read the passage very carefully and try to memorize as much as you can. Then You will get 90 seconds to rewrite the passage in your own language. Try to write as much as you can. This will continue for all the 4 passages. While writing take care of your punctuation. 5. Email writing You have to write email on a topic. Topic and the points to be mentioned in the email will be already mentioned on the screen. Just create an email with the help of those points and you can add more words also on your own. it will ask you to write a 200 word email within 7 minutes but try to write atleast 200 words. Take care of punctuation while writing. Start the email with salutation. If you are not aware about email format. Read it on Google how to write an email. You just have to write the body of the email. No need to mention subject and all.

I would be the right person to answer this question since i am working at concentrix, Due to certain reasons, despite having experience, i was hired as a chat support executive (fresher) at Concentrix (Noida 62), I am 29 years old,, My colleagues are senior to me age group is around 32-35 working with me (same role), so i don't think there is a limit set by the company........ The best thing about this company is the work culture they provide, believe me it is fantastic, can't describe, super cooperative, helpful seniors (HR, TL, MANAGERS and so on) Job security is there. The company has a very employee friendly policies especially for it's female employee's......

But ek candidate na Hali ma versant deya or usa 58 Mila par phirbhe wo disqualified ho gaye. So exact marks kitna ha ya pata nahi chal pa raha.
