Revered daughter, he recites very beautiful but it is not admirable reciting by holding Quran Al Kareem while leading prayers. Imam should recite through heart while leading prayers. I searched it for my knowledge and come to know that our most beloved prophet Muhammad PBUH advised to place right hand over the left hand wrist and look down on the place of Sijda سجدہ ۔ We are follower of Fiqah Hanafia which says prayer behind an Imam who reads from the Quran while holding is FASID فاسد not correct. Sahih Bukhari صحیح بخاری Hadith # 740 Translation: Narrated Sahl bin Sad (RA): The people were ordered to place the right hand on the left forearm in the prayer. Abu Hazim said, "I knew that the order was from the Prophet."
