If I want to study any certificate course related to my trade in foreign country after 12 years service in central government of India , and I want unpaid study leave, then what will be the result, can I take 3 years unpaid study leave in same profession for higher study in foreign country, even that course exist in India but due to age factor I'm unable to get admission in India in the same course in foreign country , there is no age limit to study , sir please reply
