Violence against doctors in India is a new normal. Now the trend of mob lynching to doctors a new style statement for Indian subcontinent. Practicing medicine in India is fearful, intimidating and full of struggles. Scope and avenues for higher studies for med grad of India is not very promising. Academic environment in medical colleges r not up to the mark. Faculties themselves r so frustrated that hardly they care for Academic thirst for their juniors. Job prospects r very less.
