If people learn healthy habits, healthy foods, Increase activity, and the whys of overeating before stopping, they won’t gain all the weight back.

They won’t even need a drug that was solely made for diabetics

That’s true. I used to be active etc and stayed in shape. But now I’m disabled in my shoulders after 6 failed surgery. I used to have jobs that I was on my feet or I used to travel. Now I have a job where I don’t have a break and sit for 10 hours. At 34 I don’t have much energy as I did when I was very active in my mid 20s. The weight doesn’t drop off like it used too when I was younger. I have to work a lot more just like the rest of us because we became adults and have more responsibilities. Back then I could eat healthy and also not eat healthy and be decent, now I need to keep focused on eating healthy because my body can’t process the cheap junk food like I used too and healthy food is very expensive. I’m just saying as we get older, as our body becomes less reliable, less energy, less time do to work, can’t change out diet as easily because of the price. It gets harder to lose weight or maintain it. Others go through some trauma like a divorce or being hospitalized from something that changes your life. Since my accident in 2019 I’ve gained 100 pounds. Before that my weight has always stayed between 170-200, now im 290, as I’m doing my best to change my diet and and put more time into walking etc, Getting help from a doctor is needed because now I’m diabetic. And hopefully when my life gets back to normal I can maintain it and get off it. Those who are able to maintain, or was strong enough to recover from horrible events or an injury or financial situations I tip my hat to you. I wish I had your discipline and resolve. I wish I had my discipline and resolve and energy and most of all I wish I had my shoulders back. As

Easier said than done. Most know how to do it. It's like a drug, once you're in the cycle of bad eating it's very hard to get out

Yeah because God forbid you have an ounce of willpower.

@@SultanKhan66 That mindset will be obsolete sooner rather than later. We'll eventually be able to create a pill that'll do everything for you. Rather it be outright replace the need for cardio, or a pill to gain easy muscle or lose fat quick. Why would you want to waste hours in a gym and money on supplements when a pill does it all with no time or effort? When this becomes a reality you're only going to have a small percentage wanting to do it the "legit" "real" way and they'll probably have a commonality: being obnoxious/unlikable.

People won’t stick to that. Easier to inject yourself.

I can’t wait. As the drug was never INTENDED for weight loss. It was INTENDED for diabetes with weight loss being a side effect. It ANGERS me ( someone who needs this drug and can’t get it because folks are selfish) that those the drug was intended for cannot get their meds. If anyone needs to sue, it’s the manufacturer going after the pen writers ( doctors ) who have NO business giving them out to non diabetics.
