Wolfedale was the southern survey equivalent of Terry Fox Way as both were 2nd Line West, which included Chinguacousy in Brampton. The same for Cawthra and Kennedy being 1st Line East. I think Erindale Station was 3rd Line along with Creditview.

My ancestor was Patrick George Herron. He married an unknown woman, and had a son, George Colburn Herron. Then Patrick remarrried to Mary Ann Simons. They evidently had 3 daughters and a son. Margaret Adelaide Herron (Booth) and Mary Olivia Herron (Treanor) have been found. Patrick Sylvester Herron disappeared after the 1861 census. There also was another daughter mentioned in the 1851 census, as not at home. I am a descendant of George Colburn Herron. I am in touch with descendants of Mary and Margaret. We cannot find the first wife, or the death of Patrick, who evidently was a constable in that area. He had to have died between 1844 and 1851, since his last child was born in 1844, but Patrick was not in the 1851 census. Also, the house he may have built, but did live in at 21 Main Street, in 'Streetsville' was in existence before the last report of a fire. No one will answer my question of whether or not it was razed or is still there. Can anyone help? We need to know what happened to Patrick George, Patrick Sylvester, and perhaps even the 3rd daughter.
