What people often forget is what she was feeling in those days wasn't just her phobia of flying but separation anxiety for her children and feeling guilty for not having been there as often as she thought she should have as a mother. She liked to sing but not touring because of the monotony and I relate to that when it comes to many life situations. You can't make some people get why you've become bored with a line of work. I've had people become irate with me because I had other goals in life.

I love this interview. She has done so few overall. She seems like the most sensitive one of the four of them. Agnetha has probably always been the way she is but if you watch the ABBA videos she seems so happy and so sensual and maybe even a party girl. But I think that was really just her portraying what she was asked to portray in the songs themselves. Behind the scenes and in real life I think she is an introvert who needs much alone time or private time to recharge. I love knowing more about her. She is a bit of an actress which all good singers are.

Agnetha Faltskog, What a beautiful classy woman. I really can feel her pain. I feel she was really in love Bjorn Ulvaeus and things have never been the same since they divorced. I listen to Abbas music during that era she was dealing with alot of the serious events at that time I hope it helped her work through it. Living that kind of life for the entire band had to be so hard on every part of thier lives..mentally, physically, emotionally, how can you have a family life being on tour all the time? I really feel for them...and my heart aches for the sad times they faced. Just like my fellow brothers and sisters who serve all around the globe in our precious military I share a bond with them even though I have not met them. I am hoping we as people can share the cup of life and keep a hope in our hearts that we can have love and respect and become better for ourselves....our familys....friends....neighbors...our world....let's celebrate peace, happiness, contentment, great health, affection, acceptance, and most of all Love....we can never have enough....let's enjoy the good that is ours....

She's the most grounded and modest superstar you'll ever see. She drives a 9 year old car. Love how she says there are so many excellent artists; and how she was worried if she measures up to Barlow. Ha Ha. So modest. Most others think Agnetha is in a class all by herself; and while there are some vocalist that "approach" her excellence/technical superiority/range; none can match it. Pull up the video for "Kisses of Fire" in Switzerland if you want to see how/why she is unequalled and the absolute best. That's your proof. She does not realize how good she is; she never will; and she can hardly grasp she will forever be a legend of recorded music. Swedish beauty and modesty.

@rick frenay I guess it's a matter of opinion, but have you actually listened to Sissel for at 20 minutes on KZbin? Another thing is that Agnetha never sings a whole song alone or even a very extended piece of it. I just don't think she has either the power of voice or the range of notes that Sissel has, but I'm just a bloke. I listen to Patti LaPone sing Blow Gabriel Blow by Cole Porter and I just KNOW there's not a rock singer in the world who could match her, and it's more technically difficult singing than Chiquitita or Super Trouper, even if I listen to these songs more often. Also we consider that Agnetha isn't singing in her native tongue. But then neither is Sissel.
