Hi Kate, Appreciate your efforts to explain it in detail yet easily understandable by common person who don't have science background. . .can you please explain or make a video on different stages of NF 2, treatment methods, precautions to take if diagnosed, lifestyle to lead etc.

Thank you for those words. I have NF2. im deaf in both ears. My balance is bad. Ive had two brain tumors, a tumor in both ears so far. Ive had surgery on both ears one brain surgery one gama knifs surgery my eyes are not to good anymore. I have mri test once a year . I have three kids and six grandkids none of them have nf2 yet . I didnt no i had it till i was in my 40s. When i started loosing my hearing the doctors run some test thats when i found out i had it. Its really scary at first. Im now 63 years old theres not a hole lot i can do that most people take for granted . Dont mind my spelling i am not to good at that either.
