Such an awesome series. We were in Bar Harbor for the week. After a trip on the LuLu lobster boat tour we learned a lot. This video series filled in a lot of the blanks we had about lobster fishing. My 6 year old is ready to move up here and get in line for his Captains license. Although he may eat all his profits!

Good morning Leroy I help manage a Lobster Processor myself and I do have a couple questions . Why does the package seal product go into the Hpp machine ? How does that extend the shelf life of something that is packaged inside a sealed bag ? I also noticed you packaging machine , is that one of the Hoppers or is that a different type of sealer ?
