Happy New Year from Japan! My goals are to move from ideas to designing and prototyping, getting integrated in the local board game community, attend Board Game Market in April and November, and hopefully have one game ready by November's Market for a December release!

Great answers! I love the ambitious goal of making something better than NYT games. Also great advice on the play testing. Finally, I am also a huge PWH fan and I think Imhotep is severely underrated one of my favorite games as well.- you gotta try Cities if you haven’t!

My goal for 2025 is to sign 2 games. As you know I am in negotiations with 1 right now so I just need 1 more. But actually I have publishers interested 4 games right now so who knows it could be a very good year! 😄

My goal for 2025 is to pitch three games. You said in the video that you pitch 5 per year. How many publishers do You contact per game?

@@Sprudel1x1 hmm that ranges quite a bit, but I’d say between 2-4 publishers per game, but more if I do a speed pitch event. And that is a great goal! Good luck, you got this 💪😤
