David, it has been 25 years since I started Ashtanga with you in Seattle and I'm so grateful for the positive impact you've had on my life. I still remember nuggets of wisdom that you shared with me back then and now I continue to learn from you on this KZbin channel. My Ashtanga practice has evolved exactly the way you talked about in this video. I have become my own teacher thanks to the firm foundation I received from you all those years ago. Your validation of my evolution is so meaningful. Thank you for all that you share.
