A majority of my dinner guests generously brought bottles of wine as a hosting gift, but now I have waaay more than I need in my small apartment. For my next dinner party, is there a good way to nudge them toward bringing something else? I don't want to come off as unappreciative nor presumptuous.

One other quick question Randy: is there/are there any things that you don't like to work with or recipes that you are not particularly fond of making? You certainly CAN make it, but you don't reallyh enjoy doing it. Just wondered. ALSO: Have you ever given a dinner party where something really "unfortunate" happened...like perhaps someone had an allergic reaction to a food or someone got something stuck in their throat?

QUESTION: As a new viewer (and fan.. .short for fanatic...) I would love for you to address all the basics; like who you are, where you came from, how you landed on You Tube. Your shoe size and how often you scratch inappropriately oh wait... forget those last two. Bottom line however... Your videos are wonderful. Entertaining and informative and fun.
