Sailing Doodles is very polished. For your channel it would be really great for things like Cooking on a boat, How the facilities work between two people. I think the Wake up going to bed thing is an awesome idea. It's really nice to see you interact with Bobby, and it's great to know you both as people. Your channel feels like it fleshes out Sailing Doodles. It feels like a behind the scenes and more of a Bobby and Amanda the couple. Sailing Doodles is more about the Boats and how fun they can be :) I could be wrong, but that's how I see it.

My honest take is that beyond your natural beauty...you are level headed, kind and caring, and easily are able to fit into any situations, even if you are unfamiliar with the content of the situation. And, one of your major attributes is to fit into any social situation and get along with people. You obviously are good looking, but what sends your stock over the top...is your kind and loving personality; it's attractive. Bobby sees it, and appreciates it.

You can learn a lot about someone by observing how they treat people who “don’t matter”, e.g. grocery store clerk, TSA agent, server, etc. If someone passes this test it’s one green flag. The next more meaningful test is whether he/she considers Die Hard a Christmas movie.

What’s so very cool about you Amanda is that after one or two videos it’s pretty obvious you are not ‘naive’ at all. And honestly if you don’t date and even pass on the ‘good ones’, you’ll never meet the one you want to spend the rest of your life with. So no, can’t blame Bobby for moving on. Or you for whatever choices you make in the future. It’s your life - not ours or KZbin to decide.

Good video. You appear honest and relatable. Your answers deliver a good tone. However, the main issue as pointed out by many is money. Bobby’s business model relies on attractive and young female talent, who are not being fairly compensated for the work they do. So you should be entitled to be a business partner and share the profits. As we discuss before, anything else is exploitation. Think of it this way. Every month that passes without you being paid is a net loss and prevents you to build your savings and be financially independent. Relationships come and go, but savings give you peace of mind and independence.

Amanda, my one suggestion for differentiating your channel from Bobby's would be for you to interview/have chats with interesting people in the flotilla or other (rival?) sailing vloggers. You seem at ease talking with just about anyone, you're utterly relaxed on camera with others in the shot... play to your strengths. And truth be told Bobby doesn't say much in his videos beyond trip narration and boat repair. And those of us who love his content appreciate that, but I'd still like to know a tad more about the people we meet who serve as crew and/or share the boat. What is/was their profession? how did they come to sailing? what spooked them at first? etc.. I also think your increasing comfort with boat life can be an interesting story to tell, and especially demonstrate. I'm sure world circumnavigation will test you (would scare the crap out of me and I've bluewater experience), and I'd imagine your honest reflections would help people invited to serve as crew or guests to decide if bluewater travel is for them.

Amanda- Have you ever tasted a mixed drink called a Scorpion? It’s three different kinds of rum with lots of fruits and delicious. I have had them at Chinese Restaurants in the past. Recipe is online. Try one and see what you think. Try just one though. It sneaks up on you. 😂 I am very Proud of you for the OF answer you gave! Keep your Dignity and hold it close to your heart. Amanda I think it's possible to help people as part of your traveling the world sailing channel. This will also help you differentiate from Bobby's channels. You can do simple things like buying groceries for some person you meet a block from the marina. Viewers like to help and you can set up a separate donation fund that you use to bless people that you come in contact with.

I was taught early in my social work career that servers don't help people. Servers create an environment where "helping" naturally and normally happens. Consciously watch people as you travel. Notice the difference between care-takers and care-givers. One self-centered, one not. One helpful, one not. Keep growing. Good job.

Well, let’s put it that way. I saw you now quite often in Bobbys channel. First, the main reason to follow up, was because of you in it. You pushed this fancy Bobby channel to a next more serious level. You are not the kind of chilly sauce girls, he is usually with on tour. Hope Bobby will be able to understand some day, what kind of lovely and wonderful person you are. He wants to be the world showing play man, feeding his content with sex selling girls. And it obviously works out great. The people love and take it. You are different. One senses and realizes that there is more content and substance in you. You are intelligent and people can have good, deep conversations with you. There is a lot about you that is not superficial. That's what sets you apart. That earns you respect. I can't say whether Bobby understood you as a person or whether you are just one of his trophies. Good advice, don't sell yourself short. You are something special. The Q&A video proof and show your quality and skills. Keep going and follow up your way.

You are coping very well with this challenge with him. But I don't think it's always easy for you either. He needs to think carefully about what he wants, what is important to him and how you fit into his life. I think you could come to terms with his life if he manages to make it clear to you that you are his queen. He doesn't just have to say that, he also has to live it. Sensing through feeling. Words say a lot and nothing. You note, those words mean anything or nothing. You need attention and appreciation that does you justice. As I said, you are something special and not the usual toy in his videos. You need to see and feel that he makes a difference between you and the other girls. Most people don’t know that Bobby wanted you in season 1, making you his first choice before Laura and Stephanie. If Bobby doesn’t commit to you, he won’t to anyone.
