Hi Yash ! Good Morning . Long time no see . How's everything ? Today morning I attended your full storming session on health and fitness . Must say candidly , it was an eye opener and absolutely pertinent in present day scenerio . You are doing a yeoman sevice to society and nation at large . Yash , to day , at the age of 82 I am struggling with a terminal ailment called CANCER for 2 years . I had undergone 2 major throat surgeries , termed medically as Total Laryngectomy ", involving removal of Soundbox, Vocal Chords and Thioriod Glands resulting into 100% permanent speech impairment . In consonance with our usual Hindu spritual concepts I console myself calling this predicament of mine as " karmo ka phal " . Truly , I co-relate your extremely enlightening session to children on line , as a "gospel truth". Frankly , we are most careless about our dietary habits and become victims unawareingly . Particularly , l am an unique example of this negligence and would like you to tell your listeners how miserable and helpless on feels at this ripe stage of life . Health is wealth . I am somehow pulling on my painful life on a lonely , dark and thorny path with dead end in sight . I am with Vikram and Deepti (an IAS Offer) in Chandigarh for past 2 years. I fondly recapitulate our nostalgic association of Poonch days . You please carry on with your untiring mission to motivate our younger generation. I wish you all the best in our future endeavours. Regular exercise around 3-4 km a day running or jogging 3. Daily reading of newspaper and acquiring knowledge 4.Watching DNA and AMA 5.
