I'm such a big fan of how effectively and respectfully you communicate. I've learned a lot about hypertrophy from you, but I think what I'd want to steal from you most is how well you flex your expertise without being off-putting. Thank you.

Eric, who’s personal training program would you recommend the most? Who actually follows the research and gets your stamp of approval?

Would love to figure out a good program to bodybuilding and some power building for a carpenter that works 50 hours a week.

I understand leg curl is needed but is a hip required to fully train the hamstring muscles. Would only leg curls be sufficient?
@jasonchia6373 Жыл бұрын
my guess is: leg curl only will grow hams up to a certain point. but extension at the hip will give hams a different stimulus, giving it even more growth.

18 sets for one body part? Wow, you guys do some seriously low intensity work.
@MrDeanmfitz Жыл бұрын
Example- your frequency is 2x/week, say chest, you do 3 sets on bench, incline, and flys each day, thats 18 sets
