I watched most of this last night but missed the beginning! So the replay-I agree with you on the serger. I have one, and use it. But I used to get so frustrated when I'd see postings like 'I made 3 in an hour' kind of thing. Yes, I realize that it's a user thing. But I also find it easier sometimes to just use the sewing machine. Great show, thanks.

I used to make t-shirts for my kids when they were young (now in their 40’s) , all on a regular sewing machine and straight stitch. No popped seams….

Yes ! I do the SAME thing on my Serger ends 🤣😂

Do you teach how to add a zipper down the front of the hoodie? And/or does the pattern include that? There is a tool you can buy or you can use a yarn needle to thread your serger tails under the loops of the seam to secure them so you won’t need to sew over the tails. But I’ve done that bf. You can also use a floss threader loop (those blue things) designed to thread dental floss thru braces. However, I find they’re not quite sturdy enough, so it’s a little fiddly and you might not have the patience for that. 😁
