I gotta go with Courtney on special team issues. This has been going on for a while. Your own player running into kicker multiple times in a season is a big problem. Situational awareness. I’m tired of hearing “we gotta fix it”….dont keep telling me that, JUST DO IT.

I do feel sorry for the players and all they have to go through: a free college education worth around a quarter of a million dollars, free tutoring, free meals based on expert dietary plans including steaks almost all the time, free healthcare, at least $1000 a month spending money, a chance to make tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands from NIL deals. It's so sad that the players have to exercise during the offseason at a $160,000,000 facility, while rhe privileged rest of us pay to go to a gym. Mike should go on tour lecturing about the players' hardships to parents who are struggling to pay the quarter million for their child's education and to students who have to work full- or part-time to pay for their education while they go to achool. I'm sure Mike could shame them with rheir privilege.

We need Bobby Petrino for our next Head Coach rather than go out and bring in another Chad Morris or another half way Coach and we have one of the best Coach in the Country allready on the staff.what he needs is some of the best O Linemen in the country..and since he is not happy at Texas get. Arch Manning to come to Arkansas.Manning and Petrino sounds like a trip to a SECC game.

I get what you are saying, but there are 36 bowl games plus the 12 teams in the playoffs = 84. You have to be at the bottom of the barrel NOT to make a bowl game.

So… I googled the term “getting pantsed” in reference to our special teams on the fake field goal and punt and the real meaning is a bit more colorful than I intended. I just want to make it clear that the meaning I meant was being embarrassed (just like what North Texas did on their punt return back in 2019 and of course the famous Kick 6 of the Iron Bowl). At least the good guys won in the end in convincing fashion (though the scoring gap could have been a bit more wider).

Green has a high ceiling but also a low floor. He struggles with accuracy a lot and does not make good decisions on where to pass the ball or hand the ball off on the zone read. he also takes 15 yard sacks instead of 7 yard sacks because of turning the wrong way or thinking he can always out run guys. However, he also makes some great plays and sometimes throws some very accurate passes. You just don't know what you will get with him except inconsistency. We have to stay out of the negative plays and turnovers and we have a good chance to beat the hated tigers.

Talk about skewing stats, the show used the overall passing stats, not the passing stats for SEC games. Arkansas’ passing stats for SEC games is 222 ypg, 8 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. 5 of those touchdowns came against Mississippi State. Yeah that’s not good. Also, Pittman didn’t say they have more NIL money. He said the revenue sharing would give them more NIL money. Every SEC team has access to their revenue sharing starting next year. So Arkansas doesn’t have any more of the advantage than any other SEC team.

NIL is still going to exist even outside of the revenue sharing.. its not going to guarantee a "cap" for each team. They will still have the ability to use the NIL collective to pay players outside of the revenue sharing money.

Game w misery is still an sec-forced rival. We got screwed out of it being with one of the big traditional rivals (lsu, ole piss, UT) teams bc we’re a small market and we’re usually not good.

Until congress or someone with some real bravado steps in and says boosters can't give money to players it will not stop due to lawyers constantly sueing. In the mean time schools like Oregon with Phil Knight, Texas, SMU and A&M with their rich oil money boosters and a few others like Ohio St will keep giving their players more money regardless of the amount stipulated by the NCAA new rules.

Boosters always gave money to players; they always have and always will. Just ask SMU. The new financial program won't make any real difference. All the players will get SOME money, but the real NIL money will go to a few players the same way it does now.

Green has 13-14 games left of college eligibility to start doing all that. In the dozens of games he has played in his career since he started playing football (middle school, high school, etc), he's never done it. Why would you think he's going to start now?

What doesn't make sense. Last year won 4 games. So we said see improvement. This season just won 6th game and bowl eligible. That's improvement. Maybe we just best Missouri. Who knows. But that's an improvement. Yet we keep hearing how horrible this season is. Also the media on KZbin kept saying the last 3 games there would be no fans. Each game has very good crowds. Seems the media has rooted for sam to be fired as much as some fans. Crazy

To put it in perspective, look at what Texas A&M has done over the last year: they fired their coach, blew up their program, and now they're playing for a chance to go to the SEC Championship game and the playoffs. In contrast, Arkansas kept Sam Pittman, won 2 only more games, and is barely going to a mid- or low-tier bowl.
