I know this magical drawing of a magenta colored ring by hand especially from the Disney series The Owl House, in which the witch's daughter Amity Blight and her classmates from Hexside casted their magic in exactly the same way as the Eeveelution Umbreon did that in this video at the video point 1:18 accurately.
