you don't have to go to Africa to find people hungry, I drive passed them everyday here in LA..crazy how people always cite Africa for these negative things, but yet again it is the media. just a little rant from a ugandan
@lucarox123
@lucarox123 7 жыл бұрын
True but your citing homeless people. Cant compare the bums you pass by to an entire continent thats struggling with poverty, media may go over the top with things. But its not a question where the world knows where africa stands. We may have a lot of hungry people here, Africa has like millions suffering from malnutrition, famine, bad healthcare systems, diseases etc..its 100x worse

Steve's audience is full of double standards. He sticks up for the women 90% of the time, but yet when he tries to reasonably side with the men he gets booed. Now in my house, no one touches things which are not theirs. But my mum made it extremely clear, food in the fridge exceeding 2 days is free-for-all. Stop boo-ing over something so trivial when you are already enjoying so many privileges

If you don't want him eating the food, then buy a refrigerator with locks cos you ain't changing the law. Kids are starving in Africa and Asia and no food is going to waste. You can tell him to leave some for you, but telling him not to touch it is incredibly selfish, insensitive and inhumane.
@Ds-gk1qy
@Ds-gk1qy 7 жыл бұрын
I am sorry, but this is false. You are just using "being a man" as an excuse. There is no harm in you asking, "can I have the piece of meat/cheese/yoghurt etc?" instead of just taking what is not yours. If you didn't buy the food, you should ask for permission before taking anything.

@tosinakin2508 4 жыл бұрын
@Sachin Soni Yes, permission. Some people like being respectful, especially if it's a pet peeve for their family member(s). With that being said, you have no idea about his family's earning structure or dynamic, so it's pretty bold of you to make statements like this. Has it occurred to you that women may work because that not all of them are married, so they need to be able to provide for themselves like any person? Or that relationships can only work where boundaries are respected? Some that tomfoolery.

Tbh though, we should never fight over food. There's more to life than food that goes to our stomach. Have we forgotten that sharing is caring? Have we forgotten that we can buy more food, clothes, drinks, etc? One thing we can't buy is love, another is relationships, and the most important is forgiveness.

It *should* be eaten within 24 hours - basic rules of eating food while it's still good and fresh. If you intend to eat it later then actually *SAY* so - *communicate* with your partner *properly* - it's so not hard, Jesus

I disagree with Steve. I have never met no man that has ever done this without asking if his wife or mom wants to eat first . Idc if it's man law or not it's rude.
