I love this series. Thanks for sharing it with all. I would love to see an ask the expert episode discussing longstanding overt ventriculomegaly in adults /LOVA. I know there is very decrease brain compliance with it but I’ve not seen any information or advice regarding how to manage this condition once it’s uncompensated and initially treated with surgery. I did not have symptoms till my late 40s. I’m very prone to over-drainage and when overdrained adjusting my shunt down a setting I’m stuck laying flat for at least 3-5 days. Will this be my pattern forever?
