What is the success rate for aortic arch aneurysm surgery at Cleveland ?

My mother passed away from a aneurysm was afraid she not make surgery . Caught my brothers ready to rupture his was 10.1 never knew he had one. Now I am under a cardiologist care . My ascending now is 4.1 . Just had my test. See my cardiologist tomorrow. I just hope and pray it never grows . Out five kids two of us ended up with this.Some people walk not around knowing of this silent killer. Just happen to catch mine on a cat scan three years ago. My blood pressure is fine. Go get this test done. Trust me I am nervous 😟

Thank you doctors for doing this video. I have an Aortic Aneurism. According to my Echo it started around 4.5 7 years ago and it is now at5.4. I believe its from being non compliant with my high blood pressure. My question is especially now that I have a two year old. Should I just try to get the surgery now?

I’ve just been diagnosed myself. I think from what I’ve been reading online, surgery is recommended at 5 or so. You should check with a good cardiologist
