Okay. This is hilarious, Sonia, in a very joyful way. Here's what I do. I ask my Guardian Angels for assistance and they A L W A Y S send me to you. I know that this is an older video, but I don't 'think' that it matters. It's weird. Even though I haven't watched the whole video yet, I watched it all the way to where you said, "You don't connect with your guides in your head." ❤ And I am experiencing this because all last year, 2021, I walked and began connecting with them really strongly while walking outside. But 9 times out of 10, when I connect strongly with my guides, I end up watching your videos ❤ but, I've never read your books or anything. I've WANTED to, just have not gotten around to it yet. I have seen your books through my years of spirituality but didn't read any. I came across one of your videos yesterday because I looked up how to meditate easy. Your very short easy video was AMAZING!!! Doing those 10 breaths is already helping me! ! I NEEDED YOU, YOUR ENERGY AND YOUR INSIGHT SOOOOO BAD! I've learned in deep study all I want about "religion", and how it has influenced us, and by some narcissistic powers that continue to work against us, pretending to be for us. I've also been betrayed by the very people that should have been the most trusted- parents and family. So I have difficulty just taking in any guide that comes "acting" loving. I don't have a wall, but boundaries has been a hard lesson I've had to learn. I've seen spirits that are not good at all when doing energy work on others. Its not all peaches and apple pie. There are good guides but you must learn to test who you are working with!! And know the true energy of those working on you! She's right, know head work vs. heart work, it is necessary, however boundaries must be used within but also outside of you.
