For someone from Italy, about her parents dont want her to wear niqab, I think the niqab is not wajib/fardhu. So, it's Ok just wear hijab. Bcos she is still a student (going to school). She can wear niqab later when she gets married or become independent from her parents. Allahualam bissawab
