Practice - Sitting within the Stillness Receiving Allowing Bathing in the Divine Light and Love Energy… Somehow these concrete steps of rising up from the hara to the Heart to three feet and ten feet and above up to Source and then to ten feet are very helpful enhancing this practice for me….. like connecting with full awareness but yet not out of the body 🙏💫💛🎁🌈

Thank you ❤😊 I have been doing something like this... but i was told below the bellybutton to picture 285 frequency and a ball of energy going to any part of my body i would like to heal. Then focus on my heart and picture/feel 528hz filling up my body and around my body. Embracing the love and connecting to it. Then going to my third eye and picturjng 852hz and opening up to the universe... and here is where i manifest what i want in my life... what i want ro happen and feel it as it is already happening. Ive been focusing on opening up my third eye and connecting to my higher self. Which ive had an amazinf experience and heard i language ive never heard before- I'm trying to have that happen again. After being in 852... i bring myself back to 528 then 285 then picture the energy leaving out my feet... groundjng my body back to earth. Support yes we so much need from underneath of our spiritual platforms in love and concern from another soul in commitment and mature love to ascend as one to our eternal home. Ascending in the light without dropping the light is the key for me. I reach out for a gentle hand to guide me home as I hold my place in the light of Christ which has accepted my presence in harmony in oneness and unity. I am back away from everything negative and stay in the 5th dimension most of the time now unless I have to go to a lower timeline to fetch something useful for a specific purpose. My life is manifested now and no longer on default in the Satanic birth matrix. I feel this is where true life begins for me.

OMG …I have to tell you that when i did this practice last night … i could not believe what was happening 🪽 i saw alot of small little bubbles floating above me that were white and black and then i said bring foreward ONLY white light in my highest good then my room turned like a frosty white cloud and my cat stood up and was looking straight above me staring into the air!!!! Thank you so very much!!! I will continue to practice this. I’ve been wanting to connect with my guides etc and to receive clear guidance from them. I’ve also been trying to work on quieting my mind lol. I did realize though that when I was very young (which was long ago) I would do this practice naturally but as a kid I also had a few frightening experiences that caused me to shut down but I’ve always felt energies around me. I'm sorry to hear of your loss and can only imagine how difficult that must be. Repressed grief can create a blockage ... David Hawkins speaks about how to release suppressed Grief in his book Letting Go, I'd recommend listening to that. Allowing yourself to feel the grief, accepting it, allowing it to be, and letting go to allow it to release. Blessings for your journey. 🙏💖🌹
