I just wished to share this "food for thought" a very "mysterious" statement made by G.I. Gurdjieff within the "First Series" (from ch.39, The Holy Planet 'Purgatory'); "...to perfect themselves. (Yet) This can proceed exclusively only if the second and third being-foods are *intentonally absorbed* and *consciously digested* in *ONE'S PRESENCE*..." (furthermore)... "...and this is possible exclusively only if *All the parts* of *One's PRESENCE* have been accustomed beforehand *consciously* to fulfill both sacred being-Partkdolg-duties, that is to fulfill 'conscious labors' and 'intentional sufferings.'..." Now, there is so much to be said about this "mysterious statement", but? what was the "most mysterious part" of this statement, to me (is that): "to perfect themselves. (Yet) This can proceed exclusively *only if* the second and third being-foods are *intentonally absorbed* and *consciously digested* in *ONE'S PRESENCE* (in between) the "inner/outer world"... I will not go into details to explain "what is" "the second and third being-foods" just that "the second being-food" is "Air" (conscious/natural) breath beginning at the point of nose which is direcly related to "The Second Being-body" (The Astral-Light Being-body) *Divine Presence* (of consciousness) existing *in between* (the inner/outer world), and? That "The third being-food" is related to "impressions" but also related to "contemplation" or "intentional contemplation" (in between) the "inner and outer world" meaning? *A independent world* existing/functioning/operating *independently* (in between) the inner/outer world also called "The Third world" (The world of consciousness)... Now, What Gurdjieff said? *intentional absorbing* and *consciously digesting* (second and third being-foods) *in one's *PRESENCE* (in between "the inner/outer world") is That very "mysterious statement" that cannot "be fully explained or understood" by "logic or reason" because? How can you be "consciously absorbing" and "consciously digesting" "the second and third being-foods" (in One's Presence "in between" the inner/outer world)? If? one "cannot truly understand" (by the false personality/false identity) "logic or reason" (this concept) of *The Divine Presence* (of consciousness) existing/functioning/operating "in between" the inner/outer world?... For To fully understand this "mysterious concept" of "Presence" (is to understand) This "very mysterious statement" made by Gurdjieff... I believe this very "mysterious statement" To be "consciously absorbing" and "intentially digesting" the second and third being-foods" *in one's Presence* is of a such profund mystery/meaning and significance That "we" as "false personalities/false identites" (identification/sleep) cannot truly and fully "understand" by "logic and reason", For the simple fact (that) "the concept of Presence" is (in reality) *The Divine Presence* of consciousness (existing) "Above/beyond" the subjective understanding of "The false personality/false identity" (identification/sleep) "logic and reason"... However? I believe this is the very "profound mystery" that we *Do Need* To understand, because That (IF/when) we could understand it we *COULD* actually and in reality (truly understand) *and Use it* (in reality) for *AWAKENING* For "perfecting ourselves" *To consciously absorbing and intentionally digesting* "The second and third being-foods" To one's Divine Presence* of *consciousness* existing (in between) the "inner/outer world" For our own Self-perfecting/Self-realization... For Those who have ears to hear will hear? For Those who have eyes to see, will see? This is (The Key) to Awakening/liberation/Self-realization/Self-perfecting... However? "Who" will truly understand "The concept" of (The Divine Presence) of consciousness (existing) *in between* "the inner/outer world"? "who" will follow the advice To *consciously absorbing and intentionally digesting* "the second and third being-foods" *in one's Presence* existing (in between) "the inner/outer world"? Who will use the mysterious/secret "Key" to "perfect themselves" (To Awake/To Die/To Be Reborn) To The True Self? This "mysterious advice" is The very Key/Golden advice for Awakening/for Self-realization (The very Key) for Self-perfection, That was Given by our beloved teacher Gurdjieff... For "The Awakened Divine Presence God" and "The Awakened Divine Vision of God" is (The Symbol) of The Egyptian Goddess Wadjet. And? It was "For nothing" that "the Egyptian Goddess Wadjet" (The Cobra-Goddess) The symbol of "The Awakened Divine Presence of God" and "The Awakened Divine Vision of God", That was (purposely and intentionally) made to be “the most demonized” (“symbol of evil”) by the (creators) of “The distorted/corrupted” “mainstream (false) christianty” (To control the masseses) To keep he masses “Within” ignorance/slavery/darkness and sleep… So they everyone would “fear” their own Self-realization/Awakening to their own True Being/True Self…
