It looks like they set up three stationary cameras. One wide, two close ups (focused on left and right side). When jin was talking they cut to the close up to give a better shot of his face but the camera has yoongi in the center of that shot so everyone's eyes are focused on him and not jin. Seems whoever set of the cameras didn't plan too well and didn't leave the editor many options. Or i could be completely wrong and they could just be zoom ins in post that are focused on the wrong people. it was still a good interview though so yeah it was just funny.
