@@ladybird7489 I got that mental illness for 2 months and I was scared to go to doctors and psychiatrist. Then I got tired of my life and went to psycologist to see what happens. After visiting psychiatrist I started a job that helped me alot because it was a tough job that took all of my attention. It was a major factor for my speedy recovery. I took medicine for 10 months and counselling for 6 months. I believed what my doctors told me that it was all my imagination and believed every word of my psychiatrist and whenever I went doubtful I used to recall what they told me. After 6 months I felt absolutely normal. It's been a year that incident happened to me. Alhamdulillah now I am perfectly fine. 😃

Great advice for that third question junaid bhai. I would also recommend to the individual that please get closer to Allah. I know people usually avoid religion when it comes to matter like this. Trust me I was in the same position as you, I currently suffer from really bad anxiety and depression. I never used to be religious but ever since I started becoming closer to Allah and going to therapy, I started seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Also be patient, you won’t be cure over night but trust the process. I’m praying for you InshAllah everything is going to be fine. Take care

Regarding third email his past is haunting him,his guilt is overcoming his future and impacting him negatively.We need to realize that we cannot change our past but to get experience some people have to learn it the hard way.He has to count his blessings everyday and almost once in a day. Although its not easy since your negative thoughts are impacting you 24/7 but you have to realize and count them,with continuous therapy and medication inshallah slowly and gradually he will be start feeling better.Prayers for him.

Ya. It happens when u are away from religion but thats not the only reason bro. We cannot just say "away from religion" and move forward. He was sexually harassed in childhood; and schizophrenia people are either bullied, humiliated, sexually harassed, or are separated from lover, parents etc with lack of social support.. ye factors in childhood boht matter krte hn .. i have seen many religious people in clinical depression and schizophrenia just because of the pain they went through in childhood and early adulthood.

@@azanrashid2270 the coding and uncoding of genes is a complex process. Its not like what is being described here. Yes he is away from religion and maybe his upbringing was like that. Maybe his behaviour of doing drugs was to eliminate/eradicate the pain present in his sub-conscious mind that he experienced in his childhood. Growing up is a complex process... The first 10 years of life define your personality attitude and behaviour; and with such history of sexual harassment, bullying, humiliation..and lack of social support.. the guy was prone to lose his track for sure.
