Some of these countries have Kings. It's weird the AI didn't use the actual monarch. And some countries (Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales have the same Monarch as England,) and some of these countries are part of the Commonwealth which would make the King of England the Monarch of all of the Commonwealth Countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
