Nice work! The Ocean Master/Namor is probably my favorite. Some could legit be alternate designs for a character. The Vulture/Penguin I could see the Penguin rocking in maybe an elseworlds story, or gotham by gaslight.

The Penguin Vulture look works as they aren't based off each other. Then again the Penguin does ressemble Sydney Greenstreet.
