Liam O'Grady actually as much as these guys get payed they should take the time to rehearse so that their voice is capable to doing this live. Practicing to the point where it becomes easy for them and they dont have to strain to do it. this is essentially why professional orchestras and choir singers tend to most of the time sound just like their recordings. If those players played the kind of show these guys here performed......they would be replaced instantly.

+John Apostolides this is an older show. he's far better now, but even then belting and choir singing are not the same beast, as well as Danny having to scream as well which can wear at the vocal cords over time. that comparison is a bit unfair.

Dude, you're wrong about many things. 1) Fry screams are the high ones you can hear all over 'Stand up and scream' 2) They suit his voice perfectly, especially because he's a tenor (and they're better suitted for tenors) 3) The technique he prefers now (you can gear it on the 'Go's on 'Run free' is called false cord, and although he does it well, it just doesn't have the AA feel in it. I'll agree with you to one point: I liked them better before.

First of all...Oli sykes and Danny worsnop primarily use false chord screams (Count YB oli sykes that is). Secondly, false chords are using your diaphragm, not your throat whatesoever. Lastly, I think it is easier to reach higher pitches screaming with a combination of falsechord/normal vocal chords, or even fry screams, but to be honest I'm not 100% sure what a fry is as opposed to a vocal chord/falsechord combo.
