I must have been living under a rock or worse but a few days ago in this year of 2021 while scrolling youtube looking for for a particular song by Atreyu I found Asking Alexandria instead and am addicted to them their music seems to just touch the inner part of my soul and I haven't listened to anything else but them I'm so addicted I love this band so much already I wish I could tell them that almost 20 years later their music is so relevant today including their newest album from 2020 I'm glad I finally found this kick ass band , better late then never !!!!!!!!

My brother didn't care much for AA, and he was going to The Warp Tour where they played for the last time and I had asked him to get a shirt I gave him signed since I wasn't going. He comes back with the album Reckless and Relentless, said he couldn't get a signature cause he had to pay extra. 😂. But I was still happy with the Album he bought. This is my favorite song, from my favorite album of AA ... so hard to top this. I don't expect them to stick with Reckless and Relentless style forever but I do want them to keep on pushing boundaries with the style they bring to their harder side. Their fast paced syncopation and deep droooms, Danny's vocal range, I can't get enough. They need to do a collaboration with slipknot, mushroomhead or something.

If they had reversed their transition they would have been fine. Going from hard rock to metalcore would have been fine because that’s basically taking it up a notch but when you start out with banger albums like “stand up and scream” and “reckless and relentless” you can’t downgrade to hard rock bro. it sucks that time has passed and things have changed, but this is how i will always remember Asking Alexandria and yeah the music has calmed down but its what happens over time. No matter what they will always be Asking Alexandria and the guys we grew with watching them grow and progress not only in music but in theirselves as people and ill always have respect for them for the music they wrote whether it be older or newer, it doesnt mattter cause they are the same people we have known all of these years. i saw them live at white water amphitheater in New Braunfels Tx not too long ago and they sre still the coolest dudes ever and maybe one day ill have the honor of meeting them. i listen to them almost every day and will continue to ....thanks

Since Reckless & Relentless you can perceive an 80's rock & roll vibe that is not in present in Stand Up and Scream, The Death of Me is even more closer to that sound, and that album is the downfall of the the metalcore sound in the band, and particularly in Danny's voice
