Asking Alexandria CRINGE Vs Bring Me The Horizon Vs Of Mice & Men

Asking Alexandria, Of Mice & Men and Bring Me The Horizon are 3 of the biggest bands to emerge from the 2008-2013 Metalcore / Warped Tour scene, with each band having respectful careers.
However, BMTH are clearly the most successful with nearly double the amount of Spotify listeners as the other two bands combined, and a stream of headline shows in Arenas such as Wembley along with Royal Albert Hall and various festivals worldwide.
BMTH have transitioned to a more straight up rock band, similar with Asking Alexandria yet OMAM have stayed closer to their metalcore roots.
In this video I cover why Bring Me The Horizon and Oli Sykes particularly have led the band to be the most successful of the rock, metal/metalcore bands as of late and how Danny Worsnop / Austin Carlile may have messed up the career of the other two bands.

the behaviour asking alexandria portrayed back in the day was just so obnoxious. Like, I get you can have a few little jokes here and there, but just most interviews I saw from them were just them bragging about the amount of sex, drugs and alcohol they consume.. Got boring really fast.

Totally agree and it just seemed so ‘forced’ as if they were compensating. It seemed fake and annoying, very try hard. But I think they appealed to an audience and still did very well
