Everything they have put out has been therapeutic to me into the fire came out at a very crucial time in my life and this one hits me in the same vain its like they put out music specifically for the shit I'm going threw I love these guys

This is the most Asking Alexandria song on the album. It is a bridge between pre The Black and post The Black. Personally became a fan when I Won't Give In came out but loved their earlier albums. Loved the previous two albums the most overall though. Things Could Be Different is easily top 20 if not top 15 Asking Alexandria songs for me

They're speaking to the audience.. it's never been good enough for those ( gatekeepers) . You've always been good enough. Asking. You always have .

This song is not about fans or anything like that. the album has no real meaning except for the closing track. if I could erase it snd where did it go are about the old fans

This album is absolute garbage lol. This is the only song that somewhat sounds like them. The rest of the songs sound like a country fusion of screamo. Wack.

@SmokeWithMeInCT damn KZbin notifications, some dude ask me something and I see it only after 5 months! For me this album is opposite. Pick of Danny's emotions in every song of this album gives me feelings overdrive.

In first of all: This is a masterpiece. And in second: On 1:46 soudns a same as song "If i could erase it" in a previous album, maybe its just coincidence, but its maybe an easter-egg. Idk but its sounds good ;)
@rookiepaw7305 Жыл бұрын
I noticed that, too! They referenced "Hopelessly Hopeful" in another song off this album, too. I imaged "Things Could Be Different" is the second clause to "If I Could Erase It". Lie a whole sentence that reads "If I could erase it, things could be different"

I think the funniest thing about this song is "sonically", it's heavy and hits enough for the fans. Lyrically, its literally wishing those fans (including me btw) would shut the the fuck up. I still prefer this shit. I'll graciously take the few songs we get on this album. Cheers.

This song is almost perfect. If only the drop would have been real nasty. And i'm not even talking about lows or more screaming in general, but just heavier with the instrumentals. then gone back to the main riff.
