My favorite quote from Wally: "If you're able to put in the time and the work, you WILL achieve it." This is so true and pertinent for us today. In almost any venture you're truly passionate about, if you stay consistent in it and put the work in day after day, you're almost guaranteed to become successful. Easier said than done though! First guy didn’t learn much from his first failure. He owns 2mm in cars. But his business is all real estate sales related. Which has slowed down dramatically. Now he has a bunch of liabilities and depreciating assets
